Wonderful hotel. I went for Vocon 2024 conference which is the largest Volunteering Conference in India and also went separately for a Dinner with colleagues. Very nice Staff including Ram, Vivekji and Roshan.. There are focusing on improving the hotel significantly.

I was stayed at the property for 2 night and day one i complained that TV and AC is not working but they don't care about it and not even replied to get it repaired. they do not care about their services and brand name.

My mother and I had to travel to Bangalore for my college admission and we selected a budget hotel as the duration of stay was supposed to be short. Due to some changes in the Authority's plans, we had to extend our visit by two days. FIRST PERCEPTIONS Regardless of the fact that some renovation work was underway, the workers were extremely amiable and they took great pains to ensure that our stay was comfortable. Due to the pandemic, it was evident that a lot of workers had been done away with by the management but the remaining people were very dedicated to their hotel and keeping it's quality and brand of excellence. RECEPTION HALL-MANAGED BY MR. SHAKTI One of the older hotels in the area, it's General Manager, Mr. Shakti can be said to be extremely disciplined and dedicated to his job in managing everything from the reception hall. He shared his worries with me about the looming fear of being put off himself and yet said that the scarcity of travelers during the crisis brought tears to his eyes. He can said to be an extremely polite person with gentlemanly mannerisms. OTHER STAFF The in-house cleaning staff, Mr. Krishna and the errands incharge and helpers, especially Mr. Shaktivelli were also quite adept and skillful at their jobs and very amiable and polite. FOOD AND SERVICES The food and the services were of excellent quality even though the large expanse of the original pre-Covid menu could not be ordered due to a few workers yet to return after the crisis gets resolved. OVERALL Overall, if you have to stay in Gandhi Nagar, this is the hotel to be in. With 10 conference rooms and plush, well decorated rooms, this is one budget hotel you cannot miss.

Hotel is good. Very comfortable. My Room they cleaned daily. Bathroom was clean and all items given. Food was really good and tasty. Restaurant arrangement was nice.front desk people's are very friendly with me. Happy to share my personal opinions.thank you.

I found every thing excellent.. All kinds of staff members providing services are very co-operative and amicable.. I have attended a Training program organised by NAR successfully. All arrangements are in order and fine. The frontline staff are really exeedingly so co-operative that they helped me a lot to recover my mobile handset within one hour of my heaving in an unknown Auto, which I hired to come to this hotel. It's really nice and warm feeling for me.
